Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Caval Limited Job Title: Site Manager - Civil Engineering Location: Oxenton just outside Cheltenham Day Rate: 350pd CIS or Limited Company Role Highlights & Packages: 6 month contract Immediate start available Full civils package including drainage, ducting, roads, footways, 4m diameter chambers, deep excavations and more Opportunity to work on the water/sewerage network Strong civil engineering experience essential; water/STW experience would be ideal Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month project in Oxenton, just outside Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, ideally combined with experience in water and sewage treatment works. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor Strong civils/construction background Water network expeirence Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades Good understanding of site health & safety requirements SMSTS and CSCS Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and site teams Manage subcontractors and site operatives Monitor programme, progress and quality Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation are maintained Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers and client representatives Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards Please apply online with a CV.
