Principal Controls Engineer Job in London – Semi remote – Robotics & AI – £80k – £100k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a pioneering startup in the Robotics space who are now seeking Principal Controls Engineer with solid experience developing Algorithms used for Robotic Control systems.

The company are rapidly expanding due to successful investment as well as partnerships with several companies in the UK and Europe. You will be part of an expanding R&D team developing ground breaking solutions that will change industrial processes globally.

As a Principal Controls engineer, you will be developing solutions to complex, modular systems utilising the latest technology in control systems and analysis. The company are in the early stages of their growth so they are offering equity in the business with a clear plan for exit.

Key Skillsrequired for this Principal Controls Engineer Job:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electronics, Control systems or similar
• 3+ years commercial Python or C++ for algorithm design
• Solid commercial PLC programming experience
• Experience working on Robotic systems
• Previous experience working on Edge AI devices is highly desirable but not essential.
