Nearby towns such as Honiton and Seaton offer further shopping, leisure, and lifestyle opportunities. We’re looking for a friendly and professional Optical Assistant to join this practice. You’ll play an important role in providing excellent patient care, helping patients choose the right eyewear, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

  • Welcome and assist patients in-store

  • Help with frame selection and eyewear adjustments

  • Support clinical staff and manage administrative tasks

  • Maintain stock and keep the practice tidy and organised

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, approachable, and team-focused

  • Organised with attention to detail

  • Experience in optics required

  • On-the-job training and development opportunities

  • Supportive, welcoming team environment
