Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care based on individual care plans.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and administer prescribed medicines.
• Facilitate client admissions and discharges.
• Protect vulnerable service users and liaise with other professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and promote health and safety.
• Assist with domestic tasks and kitchen duties.
• Mentor new staff and contribute to team meetings.

Desirable Qualifications:

• NVQ2 in Care or equivalent (not essential).
• Experience in a health or social care setting (not essential).

Hourly rate starting at £13.92 per hour, rising to £14.14 per hour after 2 increments. In addition, Saturday hours are paid at time and a half and Sunday hours at double time.

There are currently 2 posts available to join our temp bank to provide ad hoc cover for annual leave and sickness.

Shifts timings are 0730-1430, 1430-2200 or 2200-0700

Full training for the role will be provided.
