Recruitment Consultant – GTM / Built Environment Technology

An international specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its London team, working with technology businesses transforming the built environment.

The company specialises in property technology (PropTech) and construction technology (ConTech), supporting businesses that improve how buildings are constructed, managed and operated.

The opportunity

The role focuses on Go-to-Market (GTM) recruitment — placing commercial professionals who help technology businesses win customers, grow accounts and support the adoption of their products.

Typical assignments could include:

• Account Executives and Enterprise Account Executives.
• Account Managers and Heads of Account Management.
• Customer Success Managers and Heads of Customer Success.
• Sales Managers, Sales Directors and VPs of Sales.

You will develop client relationships, identify specialist talent and manage recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing existing client accounts.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates for specialist commercial roles.
• Managing interviews, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Building market knowledge and lasting client and candidate relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across an international network.

About you

You will bring recruitment experience, strong relationship-building skills and the ambition to develop a successful specialist desk.

Experience within GTM, software/SaaS, technology sales or commercial recruitment could be particularly relevant. An interest in the technologies transforming property and construction will also be valuable.

Salary and commission

• Basic salary up to £40,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme.
• Existing business commission: 9%–32%.
• New business commission: 12%–48%.
• Uncapped earning potential.
