Are you a driven new business sales professional with experience in Workwear, PPE, Managed Services, or Industrial Solutions?

phs Besafe is looking for an ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a genuine 100% new business role, focused on identifying, winning, and onboarding new customers across the manufacturing, construction, and transport sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving new business growth across your territory.
• Building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activity.
• Conducting customer site surveys and identifying tailored solutions.
• Advising customers on workwear and PPE compliance requirements.
• Creating and presenting commercial proposals that deliver value and profitability.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful implementation of new contracts.
• Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
• Experience within workwear, PPE, garment services, managed services, or industrial solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute with a passion for winning new business.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
