Facilities Management Officer – Children’s Services (Lea Green Centre)
Grade 8 | Full Time | Includes evening & weekend working
Are you an organised, people‑focused leader with experience in hospitality or facilities management? Do you thrive in a busy, customer‑centred environment where no two days are the same?
Lea Green Centre is looking for a committed Facilities Management Officer to join our team and help deliver high‑quality catering, domestic and support services across our vibrant outdoor education centre.
About the Role
As our Facilities Management Officer, you will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services, ensuring they meet quality standards and operate efficiently within set budgets. You will line-manage catering, cleaning and caretaking teams, providing clear direction, fair task allocation and supportive supervision.
Working closely with centre managers, visiting groups, staff and external partners, you’ll play a key role in keeping Lea Green running smoothly — from menu planning and allergen management to stock control, rotas, maintenance coordination and financial processes.
