Sales Account Manager

Our client, a business based in Beaconsfield, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its team on a permanent, full-time and office-based basis. The salary is £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary commission.

This is a fast-paced role focused on managing customer accounts, developing relationships and delivering a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.

The position would suit an organised, confident and target-driven individual with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Making outbound calls and speaking confidently with customers each day.
• Following up leads and maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Keeping CRM records up to date and managing account activity accurately.

• Customer-facing experience gained within sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or account management would be advantageous.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
