About the role
Purchase Ledger Clerk, Permanent, £27,000 – £28,000, Holmes Chapel
We are currently supporting a well-established, people focused organisation who are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small, friendly finance team. The role has come about due to company growth, and they are seeking a candidate with transactional ledger experience. Daily duties will include:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Coordinating payments to suppliers
- Identifying any discrepancies and errors
- Dealing with any accounting queries
- Updating internal systems including SAP
The ideal candidate will have previous purchase ledger experience, have excellent written and verbal communicational skills, along with excellent attention to detail. You must be a team player, have a friendly approach and a professional manner. Accounts experience is essentail
