SALES ADMINISTRATOR – Dukinfield

Our manufacturing client need a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact to their business-to-business customers. Taking orders and calculating quotations will require excellent communication and a high standard of customer service skills.

Duties will include:

• Speaking to customers over the telephone and corresponding by email
• Checking stock levels
• Checking with production that work is going to be carried out on time
• Liaising with couriers to ensure speedy delivery
• Updating customers along the way
• You will need to have good IT skills to move from one in-house system to another.

• Hours are 7.45 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday, with an early Friday finish.
