IT Project Manager – SaaS Implementation – Outside IR35

Contract IT Project Manager - SaaS Implementation Location: London - 3 days per week onsiteRate: £450-£525 per dayDuration: 3-6 monthsStart: ASAPIR35: Inside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager / Implementation Project Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation. The business is experiencing significant growth and has 10 new customer projects coming into the implementation team, alongside an existing team that is at capacity. They require an experienced Project Manager who can join quickly and take ownership of customer-facing technology implementation projects. This is a hands-on Project Management role and would suit someone with strong experience delivering SaaS, software, IT or technology implementations into external clients. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT and SaaS implementation projects Take ownership of customer projects from planning through to go-live and adoption Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and timelines Manage risks, issues, actions and project dependencies Coordinate internal technical and implementation teams Work closely with Solutions Architects and Solutions Specialists Manage customer stakeholders and expectations Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously Provide project reporting and maintain delivery governance Support customers who do not have their own dedicated Project Manager Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard Essential Experience 8+ years' Project Management experience Strong IT Project Management experience Experience delivering SaaS / software / technology implementations Proven experience managing client-facing projects Strong project planning and delivery experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams Ability to work independently and take ownership quickly Hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager rather than purely strategic/consultancy focused Desirable Experience Experience within any of the following environments would be advantageous: SaaS Software implementation HR technology Workforce Management Payroll HRIS ATS LMS Hospitality Social Care Digital Agencies Technology Consultancies Systems Integrators IT Transformation Candidates from digital agencies, SaaS providers, technology consultancies or systems implementation businesses are particularly encouraged to apply. Working Arrangement The role requires 3 days per week onsite in Central London, with the office based on Dean Street. There may also be some travel to customer sites, with reasonable travel expenses covered.
