Property Manager

Our client prides themselves on their property management service and, therefore, excellent customer service and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.

• At least 1 years’ experience within residential property management would be preferred
• ARLA/NFoPP would be preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Confident in dealing with clients’
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
• Happy to take the initiative
• Confident, friendly and genuine
• Full UK driving licence for inspections.

This position will come with a salary in the region of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
