About the role
Full time (5 days, 27.5 hours), Teaching Assistant (Inclusive of SEND)
The Governors wish to make an appointment of a passionate, dedicated and caring teaching assistant to join our highly successful and very supportive team. The successful candidate must be dedicated to providing the highest possible care and support to our young children, be committed to securing positive and caring relationships, have high expectations and develop a love of learning. Through our school vision ‘respect, empower, grow’ we are committed that all members of our school family are empowered and encouraged to be the best they can be so that we can grow and flourish together. The successful candidate will need to be supportive of the school’s Christian ethos, vision and values. They will need to be keen to develop professionally, communicate well and respect others as they work collaboratively in a team. They will need to work well under the direction of class teachers and leaders and taken on board advice and guidance. They will need to be committed to supporting and encouraging all children, including those with SEND, to develop confidence and self-belief and deliver high quality teaching support to enable children to achieve highly.
