About the role

Our Vacancy

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Floor Layer to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality flooring works across our properties. You'll have a practical and proactive approach, with an ability to manage your own workload and work independently whilst maintaining excellet standards. Ensuring a safe working environment, and contributing to providing a responsive and professional repairs service to our residents. This role is key to maintaining safe, comfortable and high quality homes for our residents, supporting our missions to deliver excellent housing services.


What you'll do

You will carry out a range of flooring installations and repairs across a variety of properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll work with residents, keeping them informed throughout the process. Ensuring that all materials, tools and equipment are used and maintained appropriately. As part fo the wider repairs team, you'll support the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service that meets the customer expectations and organisational standards.
