ector: New Build HousingRG Setsquare are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join one of our new-build housing clients in Exeter.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment.Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact
• Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
• Managing the reception area and visitor sign-in process
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Managing appointments and calendars
• Liaising with residents, contractors, clients and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate records and filing
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties

Requirements

• Previous reception or administration experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Professional and approachable manner
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
