Your role:

As an Early Years Targeted SEN Support Worker, you will provide targeted SEND support to early years settings and schools, helping practitioners meet the needs of children through the Graduated Approach. You will use coaching, mentoring and modelling strategies to build practitioner confidence, promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children with SEND. About you:

You will be passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEND and committed to promoting inclusive early years practice. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent), a strong understanding of child development, the EYFS and the SEND Code of Practice, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals. As part of the Early Learning and Childcare Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children with SEND by promoting inclusion and high-quality early education.
