As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your efforts will help create a pleasant environment for everyone who visits. If you have a passion for cleanliness and a desire to support your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you will:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Clean floors, surfaces, and washrooms according to our cleaning specifications.
- Respond promptly to spillages and deep clean areas on a rotational basis.
- Remove waste and ensure it is disposed of correctly.
- Set up furniture and prepare rooms for sessions, ensuring a tidy space afterwards.
- Assist with coffee bar duties, including serving customers and operating the till.
- Help monitor cleaning supplies and assist the caretaker with logbooks and inventories.
To succeed as a Domestic Assistant, you should have:
- GCSE passes at grade C or above in English and Maths.
- A good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Experience in cleaning or domestic roles is desirable but not essential.

- Have excellent organisational skills and can manage their time effectively.
- Communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
- Show a positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to excellent customer care.
