JOB DESCRIPTON – Operations Coordinator Administrator
Sureserve Compliance Water (formally H2O Nationwide Limited) are a Water Hygiene company. We specialise in the analysis, treatment and management of water systems to ensure water systems are safe, clean and compliant with health regulations.
We are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join our team, based at our office in Basildon. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business. They provide administrative support to the operations department, ensuring senior operations staff are supported with co-ordination, compliance and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Support daily operational activities to ensure the business processes run smoothly
Ensuring records and data are accurately maintained (databases and filing systems)
Prepare, update and manage operational documentation and reports
Liaising with customers, technicians and suppliers relating to associated tasks
Monitor deadlines to ensure documentation is completed on time
Continuous improvement:
Overseeing / co-ordinating a designated team of technicians (site-based personnel) being their main point of contact at the office.
Assisting with scheduling/planning nationwide water and air hygiene works
All associated tasks
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
Must be computer literate with good organisational, communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines is also essential
Nationwide geographical knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary: The starting salary for this role is negotiable based on experience Hours: 37.5 hours a week to be worked Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. The office is open from 08:00 to 17:30 therefore 7.5 hours to be worked between those hours with 1 hour for lunch (E.g. 09:00 to 17:30 with lunch 1-2pm) Exact working hours to be confirmed on offer of employment.
Pension: Automatic enrolment into the pension scheme after 3 months (if eligible)
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus public holidays (January to December)
Probation: Position is subject to 6-month probationary period
