What We're Looking For The school is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who has: Previous experience covering classes in a primary school Strong behaviour management skills Confidence taking responsibility for a classroom The ability to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 A positive and adaptable approach Strong communication and classroom management skills A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson EducationAn experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant would be ideal, but ECTs are more than welcome to apply if they are confident managing a classroom and keen to build their experience.
