EC1A, Clerkenwell, Greater London Smile Digital Digital PR Team Lead, £45,000 to £55,000 DOE - Remote (Must be UK based) This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital PR specialist who is ready to take real ownership of a team and help shape the quality and direction of the work being produced. We are working with an established digital agency that is looking for a Digital PR Team Lead to join its Organic Search leadership team. They need someone who knows how to create strong Digital PR campaigns, but just as importantly, someone who enjoys developing people, challenging ideas and helping a team produce consistently brilliant work. You will still be close enough to the work to understand what is happening and get involved when needed, but this is very much a leadership role rather than a purely hands-on position. You will be: • Leading, mentoring and developing a Digital PR team • Helping shape campaign strategy and creative direction • Supporting the team with ideation and more challenging briefs • Reviewing work and maintaining high standards across campaigns • Working closely with SEO and wider Organic Search teams • Making sure Digital PR activity supports clients’ wider commercial and organic goals • Building strong client relationships and communicating campaign value clearly • Acting as a senior point of support when client or delivery issues arise • Managing workloads, priorities and resource across the team • Helping improve processes, ways of working and team capability We are ideally looking for someone with a strong agency-side Digital PR background who has already started leading people, mentoring a team or taking broader responsibility for delivery standards. You will be confident with clients, commercially aware and excited by the idea of helping a team develop rather than simply running your own campaigns. This could suit an experienced Digital PR Manager ready for more responsibility, or an existing Team Lead looking for a role where they can have a bigger impact.
