As Logistics Manager you will:

• Supervise and control material flow and SAP warehouse management to support reliable operations.
• Analyse, improve and maintain end-to-end plant logistics processes, with strong emphasis on 5S discipline.
• Plan and manage logistics resources, ensuring health and safety objectives are met consistently.
• Investigate root causes of supplier shortages and share lessons learnt to support future APQP.
• Build and manage logistics schedules to maximise manufacturing effectiveness and minimise stockholding costs.
• Review customer production plans, liaise cross-functionally, and drive supplier delivery performance improvements.

The Logistics Manager will:

• Experience in automotive logistics, ideally within a demanding, high-volume environment.
• Proven supervisory experience managing multiple reports and developing strong team performance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including planning, process discipline and practical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with SAP warehouse management, along with the ability to use systems to drive performance.
• Experience managing suppliers and building effective relationships with customer MP&L teams.

This Logistics Manager role plays a key part in achieving operational excellence and supporting business performance goals, including optimising reliable, cost-effective logistics delivery. By contributing as a member of the management committee, the role helps shape strategy and business plans while supporting continuous improvement, clear reporting and strong industrial relations.
