Production Manager Job In Winchester | Up to £65k (depending on experience)

Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a specialised electronics manufacturer. They are looking for a Production Manager who will be based in Winchester. The main responsibilities for the Production Manager are to oversee the electronics manufacturing operations, with a focus on PCB assembly, production planning, quality control and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Key skills required for this Production Manager job:

• 5+ years of production management, manufacturing management or other related experience.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies (ideally PCBs).
• Experience in the management of PCB manufacturer companies and suppliers (e.g. supply and procurement).
• Experience working with New Product Introduction along with quality control/ assurance.

The salary for this Production Manager role will be up to £65,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
