Risk Manager / Risk Analyst

Risk ManagerI am working with a world renown hedge funds who work both on systematic and discretionary trading strategies. With offices located across all major hubs, they embrace collaboration in creating trading signals / strategies from rigorous research cycles.They are now looking to hire new risk managers to join their discretionary team and work with the traders on creating strategies and portfolios. This will be a cross asset team with wide exposure and collaboration with the wider team.Overview of the Risk Manager Opportunity:Stress testing current and newly proposed trading strategies for traders and PM's.Ensuring all trading activities are within the allowed risk tolerance, while maximizing the potential.Collaborating with the creation of strategies / portfolios.Continuously improve the techniques and tools used for risk assessment.Assess the market movement and map the potential impact on the current portfolios.Requirements:Strong degree in a Mathematical / Quantitative / Computing course from a top university.Experience through internships or full time employment as a risk manager or as a risk analyst.Working competency in Python or any other major programming language.If you are interested in hearing more then apply to the job ad and we can get in touch regarding this opportunity.
