About the role
We're looking for a Senior BMC Helix Engineer to take ownership of a large-scale BMC Helix environment. Candidates must have active SC clearance.
- Inside of IR35, £445 a day
- 3 month contract
- Hybrid to either Manchester or Birmingham (weekly visits)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and support of BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
- Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Oversee CMDB, Discovery, workflow management, and service catalogue capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.
Essential Skills:
Active SC clearance
- Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM and/or Remedy.
- Expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, and workflow automation.
- Experience leading technical teams or enterprise platform delivery.
- Integration experience using APIs and related technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL knowledge and enterprise-scale environment experience.
