About the role

Lodge Park Academy is now recruiting for a Reprographics and Resource Assistant (Maternity cover).

Management of reprographics room: setting up and running systems to ensure the Academy is efficiently and fully resourced.

Liaise with reprographics companies

Liaise with staff and students

Ordering of paper/reprographics consumables

Fixed term Maternity cover, 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Who we are looking for

GCSE/ Equivalent including English and Maths

A competent user of ICT, especially familiar with email, internet applications, printing

As the reprographics assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reprographics for the Academy.

To be well organised and work under pressure to provide the photocopying in a timely manner. Be able to time manage efficiently and work under your own initiative.

Excellent communication skills to communicate with staff and students.
