Senior Designer

This brand and digital studio’s work sits behind some of the most recognisable tech and consumer brands in the world – they’re sitting at the top of their game and are looking for a strong senior designer to keep pushing them forward and growing with them. 

The Role
You’ll author brand systems end to end, from strategy through to a complete identity encompassing symbolism, typography, colour, illustration, iconography and art direction. This is the senior who takes a brief and delivers finished, world-class brand work, then lifts the standard of thinking around them. You’ll run creative catch-ups and idea sessions, build and present client work, and mentor junior and middleweight designers toward the same level.

The work varies: where one project might be a global giant, the next could be an early-stage startup or a pro bono brief. That breadth is rare at this calibre of client, and progression here is tied to delivery, not time served – seniors who consistently produce move toward director-level without impediment.

£50,000 – £70,000
Four days in studio, Fridays from home
Discretionary annual bonus
25 days holiday, plus UK bank holidays, service days, and studio closure over Christmas

The Person
A Senior Brand Designer from a strong identity studio, in the UK or abroad. Your portfolio is led by brand – identity systems, interpretations of strategy – and you can point to at least one or two genuinely excellent brand projects. Campaign and experimental work isn’t what we’re after for this one; we need to see brand work from concept to delivery.

You can run a project independently and bring others up to your standard. Fluent in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Pitch. If you’re outside the obvious London pool, that’s not a barrier, as sponsorship and relocation are available for the right person.
