Order Processor
Location – Poole
Salary – up to £31,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday
We’re looking for candidates with experience in order processing, administration or customer service who is highly organised and customer-focused. You’ll have excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude and strong team-working skills are essential.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

- Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking order details and ensuring all information is complete and correct
- Using CRM, order processing and data-entry systems
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Managing urgent orders and resolving any issues quickly
- Handling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
