Role: Team Leader/ AdminThe role is a hands-on position, where you will be responsible for managing the team while also actively supporting the warehouse operations.Location: Magna ParkHours: 08:30 16:30, Monday to Friday (Magna Park) Need to Drive DUE TO LOCATION.Pay: £28,000- £30,000 per YearFULL TIME ONLY! Own car is a MUST!Benefits of a Team Leader/Admin:Internal career development opportunityTemp 2 Perm opportunitiesImmediate startGreat opportunities for career progressionFriendly and supportive working environmentThe Role of a Team Leader/Admin:Assist with preparation & submission of applications for multiple HMRC authorisationsactively supporting the warehouse operationPrepare documentation for Import entries Accurately record and input data using internal computer systemsLiaise with FF team and issue clearance instructions for CFSP importsMaintain accurate audit trails & records for bonded warehouse entries, removals, exports & destroyed stockMonitor suspended Duty & VAT limits to ensure they are not exceededBasic understanding of JLR processes preferredWhat we are looking for from Team Leader/Admin:Administration experience ESSENTIALStrong IT understanding able to use computers and software for testing and data entryExcellent communication skillsSomeone with an eye for detailKeen to learn and work within a teamReliable, punctual and hardworkingAble to work under pressure while remaining calmINDIND
