We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Devon, leading a successful office and driving continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency manager with strong leadership, sales, and business generation skills, looking to make a real impact within a respected independent business.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability
• Monitor figures, performance, and overall branch results
• Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards
• Build strong relationships within the local market
• Help strengthen the company's presence and brand within the area
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and support business growth

Branch Manager Requirements

• Proven experience within estate agency
• Strong background in an Estate Agency Manager / Branch Manager position
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a successful team
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results
• Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Full UK driving licence
