About the Role
- Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus that highlight regional ingredients and culinary trends.

- Ensure the delivery of outstanding quality and unforgettable dining experiences for all guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Play a key role in shaping and enhancing the reputation of this exciting new hospitality destination.
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role.
- Passionate about creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Commercial awareness with excellent stock management and cost control abilities.
- Calm under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with suppliers and team members.
