Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (FTC)

Salary: £70,000

Location: South West London - 4 Days a week in Wimbledon

Our client is a well-known, multi-brand UK retailer with a proud heritage and a friendly, collaborative culture. It is big enough for proper processes and small enough to stay agile.

The Opportunity

• Fixed term contract of 12 to 14 months
• Own an annual performance budget of over £5m across several retail brands
• High visibility within a supportive team that backs your decisions
• 9am to 5.30pm hours, four days in the office, 26 days holiday, strong pension, gym membership and bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver ROI and growth targets across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Display
• Run a structured testing and continuous improvement programme
• Manage feeds, product data and images to boost click-through rates
• Dive into performance data and share clear, actionable insights

Your Profile

• Strong optimising paid campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Affiliates
• Track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets
• Confident with Google Analytics and Excel
• Ecommerce background in consumer products is essential
