Job Description
Hours of work: 30 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

The successful candidate will:
- Compassionate and patient, with a good sense of fun.
Be intuitive and responsive to the needs of the pupils.
Have an interest in working with children with SEND.
Demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm and nurturing support whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.
Experience and/or an interest in working with upper key stage 2 pupils.
Be able to use initiative and make professional judgements related to pupil learning to ensure pupil dysregulation, stress and anxiety are managed effectively.
Have bundles of enthusiasm and creativity, with a desire to nurture a love of learning in all our children.
Be highly organised and forward thinking.
Work alongside the teachers in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment.
