What will you be doing?

  • Managing the team that deals with all applications.
  • Aiding the authority in achieving compliance with a wide number of regimes.
  • Dealing with a wide variety individuals and agencies building affective partnerships.
  • Prepare reports for Committee, Executive and Council.

About you

  • As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Able to demonstrate expert licensing and enforcement knowledge.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and contribute meaningfully to projects and cross cutting working groups.
  • The ability to deal with challenging situations using tact and discretion.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work without supervision, prioritise work to meet deadlines.
