About you:
We’re seeking someone with warmth, resilience, and leadership capability who can bring empathy and structure to our care environment:
You will have:A qualification in Children and Young People at least at NVQ Level 3
Proven ability to handle complex behaviours and emotionally challenging situations
Experience managing staff and working in residential childcare (essential)
Skilled in communication (including use of visual and adaptive aids)
Knowledge of care legislation and quality standards
Commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practices
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide network of professionals
Available for shift work, weekends, public holidays.
