Compliance Administrator (x2 Vacancies)

Position Type: 2-Month Temporary Contract

Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour PAYE

Location: Office-Based

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)


About the Role

We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrators to join our team on a 2-month temporary contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our hard facilities management (HFM) and property compliance teams. You will ensure all planned preventive maintenance (PPM), remedial works, and reactive tasks are scheduled, tracked, and documented accurately using our CAFM system.


Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Planning: Allocate and arrange all PPM tasks with in-house engineers to ensure full contract compliance.

  • Subcontractor Coordination: Work closely with the Subcontractor Supervisor to book in external contractors for maintenance, remedial, and reactive works.

  • Remedial Works Allocation: Collaborate with the HFM Manager to effectively plan and assign remedial tasks for in-house resources.

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Keep operational diaries, calendars, and schedules continuously updated.

  • Financial Administration: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as required and ensure orders are properly Goods Receipted in a timely manner.

  • Data & Document Management: Upload, organize, and save all maintenance paperwork across our CAFM system and online electronic filing systems.

  • Reporting & Auditing: Help collect evidence for audits, assist in preparing client reports, and contribute to the monthly Performance Report.

  • General Support: Maintain strong IT standards and carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by management.


About You
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy when updating records, checking paperwork, and handling task logging.

  • IT Literacy: Confident using MS Office and administrative software (experience using a CAFM system is a distinct advantage).

  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong written and spoken English with a collaborative approach to working alongside supervisors, managers, and contractors.

  • Organization: Able to manage diaries, prioritize tasks, and work proactively on your own initiative.
