About the role
2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Contract - Inside IR35
I am currently looking for a strong 2nd Line IT Support Analyst. My client is looking to get someone started to help deliver and support end user and workplace technology across their offices.
As a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst you will act as a trusted partner and relationship manager for business users, serving as the face of enterprise technology while supporting desktop, mobile, collaboration and workplace tools. The client is in the process of ensuring seamless technology adoption, user onboarding, and operational support across the business.
Location: London (5 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: 1 year
Day Rate: £325 per day
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Required experience will include:
- Proven track record of supporting demanding and high-energy users in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and experience using ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, Active Directory, Citrix virtual desktops, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android, Intune) and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across desktop software, PC/server hardware (Dell, HP, Poly), and peripherals.
- Experience leading new hire onboarding, user training, tech bars, and workplace technology office buildouts/moves.
- Knowledge of hardware procurement, asset management, mobile plan administration, and working with Audio Visual/Infrastructure teams.
- Strong business and technical writing skills, with excellent communication and executive presence.
