Job Title: Primary Teaching & Support Specialists (EYFS to KS2)

Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: £90 - £220 per day (Depending on Role & Experience)

Are you an enthusiastic Primary Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, or Teaching Assistant looking for your next school placement in Basildon? Randstad Education is currently partnering with several well-regarded primary schools across Basildon to recruit dedicated teaching and support staff across all primary key stages.

• EYFS & Key Stage 1 Teachers: Lead vibrant classes, deliver phonics programmes (e.g. RWI, Little Wandle), and build strong foundational skills.

• Key Stage 2 Teachers: Drive academic attainment, foster critical thinking, and guide pupils through SATs preparation.

• Primary Teaching Assistants & LSAs: Provide general classroom support, lead small reading/maths intervention groups, or work 1:1 with pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, EHCP support).

• Primary Supply Teachers: Enjoy total schedule flexibility with no planning or marking responsibilities.

• QTS/QTLS for Teaching roles; relevant experience or CACHE Level 2/3 for TA/LSA roles.

• Strong classroom management and a patient, pupil-centred approach.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
