Morley, City and Borough of Leeds The People Advisory The People Advisory x Ark Dentistry Bookings Coordinator / Patient Sales Coordinator Location: Morley, West Yorkshire | Hybrid Working pattern: Centrally based in Morley with remote working and occasional travel across Ark Dentistry practices in Yorkshire Salary: Competitive base salary + excellent earning potential The People Advisory is partnering with Ark Dentistry to find a driven, commercially minded Bookings Coordinator to join their growing central team. Ark Dentistry is a fast-growing Yorkshire dental group, and this role will play an important part in supporting that growth by helping to keep clinicians’ diaries full, ensuring patient enquiries are followed up effectively and converting interest into booked appointments. The Role This isn’t simply an administrative bookings position. We’re looking for someone who understands that every patient enquiry is an opportunity to deliver a brilliant experience while supporting the commercial performance of the practices. You’ll be responsible for: * Managing inbound patient enquiries across multiple Ark Dentistry sites * Converting enquiries into booked consultations and appointments * Proactively identifying and filling white space within clinicians’ diaries * Following up patients who have enquired but haven’t yet booked * Coordinating appointments across general, cosmetic and specialist treatments * Working closely with Treatment Coordinators, clinicians and patient-facing teams * Ensuring patients receive a consistent, high-quality experience from their very first enquiry * Monitoring booking activity, conversion and diary performance * Occasionally travelling between practices to build relationships with teams and understand individual site requirements Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially minded, organised and naturally proactive. You’ll ideally have experience within bookings, inbound sales, customer service, lead conversion or dental/healthcare environments. You’ll be comfortable working towards targets and KPIs, but importantly, you’ll understand how to balance commercial performance with a genuinely patient-first approach. Dental experience would be advantageous, but it isn’t essential for someone with the right commercial and customer-service background. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, as occasional travel between Ark Dentistry practices will form part of the role. Why Ark Dentistry?
