Job Title: Admin Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 (Range £26,016 - £26,847 pro rata)

2 days per week 16 hours - 8.00am-4.30pm term time only, days negotiable.

Job type - Fixed Term until 31st August 2027

St Pancras Catholic Primary is a highly successful school in Ipswich. We are part of the Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly Administrate Assistant to join our dedicated, caring team at St Pancras Catholic Primary School. As part of the welcoming face of our school, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office.

You will:
Be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors
Have Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above
Communicate effectively, with a good telephone manner and a calm approach under pressure
Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Respect the confidentiality of the role, working within school policies
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and use your own initiative
Have a willingness to undertake any necessary training
Be computer literate and confident using IT systems
