Ready to take the next step in your kitchen career and showcase your skills in a busy, quality-focused environment?
We’re recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join a thriving venue in West Lothian on a full-time, permanent basis. Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie, Section Chef, Station Chef or Line Cook, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive kitchen team where quality, creativity and great food are at the heart of what they do.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your section, develop your culinary skills and contribute to memorable dining experiences, all while building your career within a welcoming and fast-paced hospitality environment.

In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes within your designated section, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence at all times. You will carefully follow recipes and portion controls to ensure high quality standards across all menu items. Bringing your creativity to the kitchen, you will assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials. Maintaining a clean and organised work station in full compliance with food safety regulations will be a daily priority.
You will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service, monitor ingredient stock levels to communicate replenishment needs, and support serving staff during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction is maximised.
