About the role

This role is central to Screen Share’s efforts to build a sustainable and reliable flow of IT hardware and grow the corporate partnerships that make our work possible. The postholder’s primary focus will be to secure a consistent supply of high-quality IT assets from corporates and other partners, while developing those relationships into broader partnerships that generate financial support, employee engagement, and paid-for services.

The Head of Partnerships will lead the acquisition and management of IT hardware, ensuring regular inflows from a range of partners and negotiating exchanges of non-useful assets for usable devices. They will broker new relationships and generate leads with corporates, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) providers, charities, public institutions and other relevant organisations to expand Screen Share’s supply base beyond existing networks.

Alongside this core function, the postholder will maintain and deepen Screen Share’s existing corporate partnerships, managing relationships with multiple contacts within each organisation, including IT Directors, CSR Managers, ESG and sustainability teams, Office Managers, HR and employee engagement teams. They will provide partners with accurate, high-value social impact and environmental metrics, demonstrating the benefits and outcomes of their support.

The postholder will support the fundraising prospecting and development pipeline and take relationships from initial approach through to delivery and stewardship. They will work closely with the Director of Development and CEO to progress and close larger and more strategic partnerships.

They will maintain a strong understanding of the digital inclusion landscape and help position Screen Share as a sector thought leader and service provider.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations, building relationships and turning them into tangible results.

  • Is an excellent communicator who can make a compelling case in writing and in person.

  • Can manage relationships from initial approach through negotiation, delivery and stewardship.
