About the role

Beckfoot School is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as a Work Experience Administrator. You will play a key role in a supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is professional, friendly and able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, families and visitors
  • Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team

Permanent, part-time, 21.25 hours per week, term time only, 9.00am to 2.15pm on Monday, 9.00am to 2.30pm Tuesday & Wednesday and 9.00am to 2.00pm Thursday
