About the role
To provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the school, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office while promoting and supporting the Catholic ethos, values, and mission of the school.
Your duties will include:
- Process payments, invoices, and orders in accordance with school procedures.
- Support the collection and recording of school meal payments, trips, and other school-related income.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and budgets where required.
- Assist with attendance reporting and first-day absence procedures.
- Coordinate supply orders and maintain office stock levels.
- Support the administration of school trips, educational visits, and extracurricular activities.
- Provide administrative support for school inspections and audits.
- Support and promote the Catholic mission, values, and ethos of the school.
- Demonstrate respect, compassion, integrity, and inclusivity in all interactions.
- Contribute positively to the spiritual and community life of the school where
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our Catholic primary school community. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and staff, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office.
