Dorking, UK Wise Monkey Recruitment ltd Marketing Manager – Exhibitions & Conferences Dorking, Surrey | Hybrid | Salary DOE Are you an experienced events marketer who knows what it takes to launch and successfully market an exhibition or conference from the ground up? We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a leading international events organisation and take ownership of the marketing for multiple exhibitions and events. Importantly, you must have previous experience of launching an exhibition or conference. This is an essential requirement for the role. You’ll lead end-to-end marketing campaigns – from initial launch strategy, messaging and audience targeting through to creative, digital campaigns, registrations, attendance and post-event analysis. The role Lead the marketing of multiple exhibitions and events from launch through to delivery Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive registrations, attendance, exhibition space and sponsorship Create compelling messaging and value propositions for different audiences Manage campaign budgets, agencies and external suppliers Produce engaging marketing content, copy and communications Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise activity to maximise ROI Work closely with Sales, Operations, Content and other internal teams to deliver successful events We’re looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience launching exhibitions or conferences – essential Has strong event marketing experience and understands the journey from launch to live event Is confident managing multi-channel campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously Can combine creativity with a strong commercial and analytical approach Has excellent copywriting and communication skills Is comfortable working with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders Is proactive, organised and confident taking ownership This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events marketer to play a key role in the launch and growth of a portfolio of high-profile international exhibitions and events.
