The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Consultant Haematologist for a locum opportunity within a hospital in the East of England.

This is a fixed-term assignment running ASAP for 2 months minimum, offering the opportunity to join an established Haematology team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultant-led care within the Haematology department
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of haematological conditions
• Support inpatient and outpatient services as required
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NHS standards and guidelines
• Provide specialist advice and support to colleagues across the service

Requirements

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Specialist Register status or equivalent consultant-level experience in Haematology
• Recent NHS experience within Haematology
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Right to work in the UK
