About the role
Test Manager
Glasgow (12 month contract)
£500 p/d Outside IR35
Experienced Test Manager required to lead testing across a major business and technology transformation programme within a public centre organisation
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in test strategy, SIT, UAT, defect management, execution, and reporting.
- Proven delivery across large-scale technology and business change programmes.
- Experience supporting:
- Migration of Case Management platforms from AIX to an x86 cloud-ready environment.
- Java to OpenJDK migrations.
- Migration of files from on-premises shared drives to SharePoint Hub Sites.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot.
- Understanding of information governance, data migration, and digital workplace transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Desirable: ISTQB certification and experience managing third-party testing suppliers.
