Human Resources Officer
Scale Pay Point 12 (Range 12 -17)
Actual Annual Salary - £25,908 - £28,488 per annum
FTE Salary - £29,542 - £32,046 per annum
Pattern of working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm (37 hours per week inc. early finish on one day (3.30pm))
Term time only plus 8 days
Part-time hours will be considered for an exceptional candidate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, adaptable administrator with proven experience to join our established Human Resources team within a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Yorkshire’s most scenic areas, whose facilities have been further enhanced by the completion of a multi-million pound refurbishment and expansion project.

We are looking for:
- A colleague to administer and support the delivery of interview processes and HR administration tasks
- Someone with excellent data inputting skills
- A colleague with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, prioritising workload
- Experience of working within a human resources environment
