Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 2A+ Registered Building Inspector to join an established Building Control team in the Lancashire area on a 6-month rolling contract basis.

 

This is a small but well-run Building Control team looking to bring in additional support from a Class 2A+ Registered Building Inspector on a part-time basis offering 2-3 days’ workload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to lower their current hours or pick up some extra hours and diversify their portfolio and work alongside a manager we know well and have received consistent positive feedback on.

 

This is a long-term contract opportunity offering a competitive rate of £55/hr – £65/hr, depending on experience and registration level. 

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of Building Control duties, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations while delivering a high-quality service to customers and stakeholders.
