Kitchen Manager – Busy Sports Bar and Hospitality venue – Exeter – Up to £51K Package

Up to £40,000 basic salary + tronc + bonus
We’re recruiting an experience Chef to work as Kitchen Manager in a brand-new Social Darts Bar and hospitality venue, it will be the 1st of it’s kind for Exeter!
Immediate start available for the right person but officially opening to the public in the first week of December. We’re looking for an ambitious Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and make their mark from day one.
You’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading, coaching and developing your team while driving outstanding food quality, service, food safety and commercial performance.
What’s on offer:
·£35k–£40k base salary, depending on experience
·Tronc of up to £7k per year
