With a heritage spanning almost a century, the company produces high-quality, low-carbon aluminium using renewable hydroelectric power generated locally. You will lead the day-to-day maintenance function across the site, coordinating priorities, engineering resources and departmental requirements to ensure plant and equipment remain safe, reliable and available for production. Additionally, you will support shutdowns and installations through the overseeing of contractors. This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer, with a background in industrial environments, looking for technical development and to build upon existing leadership skills. The Role Lead safe and effective maintenance delivery across all areas of the site Set priorities for planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance, coordinating resources accordingly Coordinate engineering, craft and apprentice resources across departments Monitor weekly maintenance schedules, work quality, CMMS compliance and key performance measures Oversee safety measures and ensure maintenance personnel are suitably trained and competent for their roles Monday to Thursday, 7:30 - 5, Friday, 7:30 - 12:30 The Person Degree or similar in engineering Mechanically or electrically biased expertise Hands on experience using CMMS systems Background working in industrial or manufacturing environments If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
